Dear LustLure Customer, to keep tabs on your order, just pop your tracking number into the form of Tracking Order Page below.

Please bear in mind that not all parcels update their tracking info in real time. Right now, things are a bit slow because of those widespread lockdowns and quarantines. It's made the postal teams a bit short-staffed, so there might be some delays. We feel sorry about that.

Another thing to note is if you only placed your order cwithin 3 business days, it's possible the tracking hasn't caught up yet. Don't worry, this doesn't mean there's an issue or that your order hasn't shipped. We use a third-party tracking site and sometimes it takes a few days for the shipping details to show up in the online tracking system. Hang in there, your package is on its way!
